Turner — thanks for the estimate request. You came in on roof cleaning, so we’re going to start there: a 3,192 sqft shingle roof on a one-story 2017 home is exactly the kind of work our exterior side runs every week.
Below you’ll see three options. The first is just the roof, priced at our published rate. The second adds the whole-house soft-wash — the most common move from clients who came in for roof and saw the rest of the house could use a refresh. The third is the curb-appeal bundle: roof, house, paver drive, exterior windows, and gutters all in a single crew day.
We’ve also included our annual exterior plan numbers. For a 2017 home you’ve already kept clean, locking a 12-month rhythm at plan rates is the cheapest path to keeping it that way — and the plan rate beats a la carte by enough to cover the difference inside the first year.
One note: the paver drive is on a sealer cycle that opens in 2027–2028. We’ll flag that on file so you don’t miss the window.
